Tempera on wood, gold ground. Original: Shaped top: central panel, overall, with engaged frame, 30 5/8 x 16 1/2 in. (77.8 x 41.9 cm), painted surface 27 3/8 x 14 in. (69.5 x 35.6 cm); left wing, overall, with engaged frame, 30 3/8 x 8 1/8 in. (77.2 x 20.6 cm); right wing, overall, with engaged frame, 30 1/2 x 8 1/4 in. (77.5 x 21 cm).
